CANSURVIVE’s Workshop: Finding Your Inner Balance in Daily Life Using Your Heart Intelligence

Cansurvive Centre Malaysia Berhad organised an event named ‘Finding Your Inner Balance in Daily Life Using Your Heart Intelligence’ on 7th March 2020 at the PJ Campus of Brickfields Asia College.

The Make It Right Movement arranged for a suitable venue and also provided technical support to further facilitate the event. There were 70 attendees, including members of public and Cansurvive members.

The event was facilitated by Mr Ragi Kadirgama, a Eurasian descendant now living in Portugal who is renowned for his healing and spiritual awakening based on his own experience. He has been giving talks, lectures, speeches, written numerous articles and self-help books on Self-Discovery. He combines both the ancient wisdom from spiritual teachings and current psychology to help spiritual seekers from all over the globe unmasked themselves spiritually.

During this workshop, Mr Ragi gave a brief introduction on Emotional Wellness which derived of 7 steps towards freedom from suffering in our daily lives. The 7 steps are learn to express feelings and connect to emotional needs; understanding the connection between emotions and beliefs; become aware of unconscious patterns; release blocked emotions and energies; heal inner child wounds; discover self-acceptance and love and live freely from the knowing of our true nature.

Mr Ragi used simple yet effective techniques based on our everyday lives to make the participants understand and internalise the above mentioned principles. Most of the participants found the workshop to be beneficial especially at the time of Covid-19 where we have got to be more aware of our surroundings.
